Section 187. Mode of application.
(1) Where by this Enactment an application in the course of any proceedings before or after judgment is expressly or by implication authorised to be made to the Court, such application shall be made in Form MS 51 and shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be heard in Chambers.
(2) Every application shall state the nature of the order applied for generally and the grounds of the application.
(3) An application under this Chapter may be made ex-parte unless the Court directs otherwise or is provided otherwise by this Chapter.
