PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 16. Certificate or consent required before marriage.
No marriage shall be solemnized unless a certificate for the marriage issued by the Registrar, or a consent for the marriage under section 13 or a written consent from the Court under section 17 has been delivered to the person who shan solemnize the marriage.
