PART VI - SERVICE CHAPTER 2 - SERVICE OUT OF JURISDICTION
Section 52. When allowed.
(1) The Court may order service out of jurisdiction of any summons or application, whenever-
(a) the whole subject matter of an action relates to immoveable property situated within the State of Perak Daml Ridzuan; or
(b) any relief is sought against any person domiciled or residing or carrying on business within the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan; or
(c) the action being properly brought against a person duly served with the summons or application within the jurisdiction of the Court, a person out of the jurisdiction is a necessary or proper party thereto; or
(d) in any case arising from a marriage, one of the parties to the marriage at the time of making the application domicile or residence within the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan.
(2) An order giving leave to effect such service shall direct in what mode the service is to be effected and how such service may be proved.
