Section 208. Investigation by the Commissioner.

(1) For the purpose of exercising his authority and rights under this Enactment, the Commissioner or any officer authorised by him may require any person to be present before him or the officer and may carry out such examination as he thinks necessary of the person relating to the implementation of this Enactment.

(2) Any person who, without reasonable grounds, fails to comply with the requitement of the Commissioner under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with both.
