ISLAMIC FAMILY ENACTMENT 1979
PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 14. Place of marriage.
Every marriage under this Enactment shall be solemnized in the kariah masjid where one or both the parties to the marriage normally domiciled:
Provided the Registrar having jurisdiction in that kariah has given his consent for any marriage to be solemnized at another place.
