PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 105. Divorce without permission.
Any male person who divorces his wife, whatever may be the form of pronouncement, without the consent of the Court, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
