Section 24. Director may direct prosecution.

(1) The Director may direct any prosecution for any offence under this Enactment or any Rules made thereunder.

(2) The Registrar, Deputy Registrar, a police officer not below the rank of an Inspector or any advocate or solicitor authorised in writing by the Director may conduct any such prosecution.
