PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 102. Wilful non-compliance with order of maintenance.
Where an order of maintenance has been made by a Court and there has been wilful failure by the person so ordered to comply with such order, the Court may sentence him to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month for each month's maintenance remaining unpaid.
