Section 111. Failure to report.

Any person under a duty to lodge a report or to file an application as required under the provisions of this Enactment and intentionally neglects or fails to do as required is guilty of an offence under this Enactment and may on conviction be liable to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or both.
