PART II - MARRIAGE


Section 10. Persons of other religions.

(1) No man shall marry a non-Muslim.

(2) No woman shall marry a non-Muslim:

Provided that nothing in this section shall stop actions from being taken in respect of offences under the Penal Code on a non Muslim in a Court of competent jurisdiction.
