PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 122. Ill-treatment of wife.
Any person who ill-treats his wife or cheats his wife of her property commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
