Section 15. Punishment for sodomy
(1) Subject to subsection (2), any person who commits the offence of sodomy shall be punished with the same punishment as prescribed for adultery.
(2) A husband who commits the offence of sodomy against his wife shall be punished with
takzir
punishment.
