PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 99. Unauthorised solemnisation of marriages.
Any person who, not being authorised under this Enactment, solemnises or purports to solemnise any marriage, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both.
