PART VI - MISCELLANEOUS
Section 25. Power to enter premises.
The Registrar, Depurty Registrar, Religious School Inspector or any person duly authorised in writing by the Director may at all reasonable times, enter any premises of a Religious School for the purpose of exercising any power of inspection, enquiry or other wise to ensure that the school is properly administered.
