PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE

Section 22. Register of marriage divorce and revocation in the State shall be maintained.

Every Registrar shall keep a District Register and any other books as prescribed by this Enactment or by the regulations made under this Enactment and every marriage solemnized, divorce or revocation in this State shall be registered accordingly by the Registrar in that Register and books.
