Section 58. Accommodation.
(1) A woman who has been divorced shall have a right to stay in the house where she had been staying while she was married to her last husband for so long as her last husband is unable to provide suitable accommodation for her until the termination of the period of custody of their children or her period of edah whichever is the later, after which her last husband shall be entitled to repossess the house by making an application to Court.
(2) The Court of a Qadhi shall have jurisdiction to determine all issues relating to the accommodation of a divorced wife provided in subsection (1).
