An amendment shall be made by filing a copy of the amended document, which shall indicate the amendment made and serving it on all the other parties in the proceedings:
Provided that if the amendment ordered during the trial or hearing of any action or proceedings, or if all parties are present when the amendment was made, the Court may in its discretion amend the document in its file, and service on any party is not necessary.
