Section 33. Protection of Pegawai Masjid, etc.
For the purpose of this Code and the Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 1983 Pegawai Masjid, Guru Ugama Bertauliah and Penghulu shall be deemed to be Public Servant as defined by the Penal Code.
