Section 86. Annual Estimate.
The Majlis shall prepare and submit to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan not later than the 31st day of October in each year estimates of all income and expenditure of the Baitulmal, including therein estimates of all property in whatever form receivable and disposable in respect of the ensuing year. Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan on the advice of the Menteri Besar may approve such estimates or may direct that the same be amended. Upon such approval or amendment the said estimates shall be published in the Gazette.
