Section 50. Accusing of committing vice
Except in cases of li‘an, any person who accuses another person of committing vice without proof in accordance with Islamic Law or an iqrar of the accused person commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
