Section 56. Power of Court to vary maintenance order.
A Court may, at any time vary or cancel an order of maintenance which is still subsisting, whether secured or unsecured, at the request of the person entitled to receive the maintenance or at the request of the person ordered to pay the maintenance or on the application of the personal legal representative of the person ordered to pay the maintenance if the Court is satisfied that the order to pay was based on misrepresentation or mistake of fact or if there has been a material change in the circumstances.
