PART VIII - GENERAL


Section 230. Hukum Syarak.


(1) Any provisions or interpretation of the provisions under this Enactment which is inconsistent with the Hukum Syarak shall, to the extent of inconsistency, be void.


(2) In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided by this Enactment, the Court shall apply Hukum Syarak.
