PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 7. Prohibited marriage.
(1) No male person may by reason of-
(a) consanguity marry with any of the persons mentioned in the First Schedule;
(b) affinity marry with any of the persons mentioned in the Second Schedule; or
(c) fosterage marry with any of the persons mentioned in the Third Schedule.
(2) No male person may have more than one wife at any one time if the wives are so related to each other whether by reason of consanguity, by affinity or fosterage.
