PART II - APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAJLIS

Section 22. Property vested before the appointed date.

All property, whether movable or immovable, which, immediately before the appointed date, was vested in the name of the MajIis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu for public benefit shall, on the appointed date, without any need to transfer or convey the same, be the property of the Majlis.
