PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 3. Application.
(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided this Enactment shall apply to all persons professing the religion of Islam and apostate resident or domiciled in the State or if domiciled in the State but resident elsewhere.
(2) Except as otherwise expressly provided this Enactment shall apply to a Kitabiyah who is married to a person referred to in sub-section (1) for so long as the Kitabiyah is a domicil or a resident of this State.
