Section 73. Sanction to prosecute from Chief Syarie Prosecutor
No prosecution for any offence under sections 4, 8, 9, 12 or 13 of the Syariah Criminal Offences Enactment 2002 shall be instituted except with the sanction of the Chief Syarie Prosecutor.
