Section 37. Issued of warrant in lieu of or in addition to summons.
A Sayriah Court may, for cases within its jurisdiction, issue a warrant for the arrest of any person, after recording its reason in writing, if-
(a) either before the issue of summons or after the issued of the same but before the time fixed for his appearance the Court has reason to believe that he has absconded or
will not obey the summons; or
(b) at the time fixed in the summons for his appearance he fails to appear and the summons is proved to have been duly served in time to admit of his appearing in accordance therewith and no reasonable excuse is offered for such failure.
