(1) Any document or exhibit tendered in evidence and accepted shall be marked and, unless the Court shall otherwise order, such document, exhibits or copies thereof shall be retained in Court during the pendency of the proceedings and until the time for appeal has expired.
(2) For the purpose of identification, a document, exhibits or copies thereof tendered in evidence but rejected by the Court shall also be marked.
