PART XXXV - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 263. Present in person.
Save as expressly provided by any written law, the Court may for sufficient reason order the personal apprearance of any party to any proceedings at any time, unless such party is outside Malaysia. Wilful failure to comply with such order shall be a contempt of Court, and, not withstanding the appearance of any solicitor or other agent for such party, the Court may proceed as if he had not appeared in the proceedings, An order for personal appearance shall be served to the person personally.
