Section 12. Representation orders.

Where numerous person have the same interest in any proceedings, the Court may at any time authorise any one or more of them act on behalf of all persons so interested, whether named as parties or not :

Provided that no person shall be bound by any such order unless-

(a)

he has been served with notice of intention to apply therefor ; or

(b)

he has been served with a copy of the order and has not within 10 days thereafter applied to the Court to discharge or midify it :

Provided futher that where such persons are very numerous or not easily as certainable the Court may direct service of the order in such manner as it thinks fit.
