PART IV - PENALTIES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SOLEMNIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES
Section 43. Inspection of Marriage Register and index
(1) Every Marriage Register and index kept by the Chief Registrar or Registrar under this Enactment shall be open to inspection by any person upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(2) The Chief Registrar or Registrar, as the case may be, shall, upon payment of the prescribed fee, furnish to any person requiring it a copy of the entry in the Marriage Register and index, certified under the hand and seal of office of the Chief Registrar or Registrar, as the case may be.
