Section 129. Reference to Hukum Syara'

(1) Any provIsIOn or interpretation of any provision of this Enactment which is in conflict with Hukum Syara' is void to the extent of the conflict.

(2) Where any matter is not provided for herein or any provision in this Enactment is ambiguous, the Court shall refer to the Hukum Syara'.
