Section 180. Issuance of judgment notice.
(1) If the Court receives an application under section 179, it shall issue a judgment notice in Form MS 47.
(2) Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a judgment notice shall be served personally on the judgment debtor at least 7 days before the date fixed for the appearance of the judgment debtor.
