Section 90. Prohibitory order of Court.
(1) Notwithstanding the provision of section 78, the Court may if it thinks necessary make an order prohibiting a father or the paternal grandfather of the child or their executors or the executors of such executors respectively from-
(a) selling, charging, substituting or releasing any right on the moveable or immoveable property of the child; or
(b) leasing any land of the child for a period exceeding one year;
without the prior approval of the Court.
(2) Any disposal of the property of the child in contravention of the orders may be adjudged invalid and on adjudication the Court may make any order which in its opinion is necessary to retrieve the property disposed off back to the child.
(3) The Court shall not make any order under subsection (2) unless it is necessary or beneficial for the welfare of the said child.
