PART XIII - AMENDMENT

Section 84. Defective proceedings.

The Court may at any time, of its own motion or on the application of any party and on such terms as may be just, order-

(a)

a certified copy of the order for transfer ;

(b)

certified copies of all entries in the Court's book relating to the poceedings ;

(c)

the Court's file of the proceedings ; and

(d)

any other relevant documents.

(2) The Court which transfer it shall retain the original order for transfer.
