PART VIII - SERVICE OUT OF THE JURISDICTION

Section 53. Service in other States in the Federation.

(1) Any process to be served in other states in Malaysia may be sent by the Court to Qadhi Besar, Qadhi, Registrar or any officer of Court having jurisdiction in the local areas in which the person to be served is said to be or to be carry on business.

(2) The document to be served may be sent by post or otherwise with a written request for services signed by the Court or the Registrar.
