PART II - CREATION OF WAKAF
Section 9. Wakaf takliq
(1) Any person may create
wakaf takliq
and which comes into effect upon the occurrence of all the conditions stipulated by the
waqif.
(2) If a
wakaf takliq
is made to come into effect after the death of the
waqif
, the
wakaf
shall be valid to the extent of one-third of his property.
