PART VIII - GENERAL
Section 230. Islamic Law
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provisions under this Enactment which is inconsistent with the Islamic Law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2) In the event of a lacuna or where any matter is not expressly provided by this Enactment, the Court shall apply Islamic Law.
