Section 202. Judgment against estate.

(1) A judgment against an executor shall provide that the amount of the judgment be satisfied out of property of the deceased which is in or may come into the hands of the executor to be administered by him such as such.

(2) A judgment shall also provide that-

(a)

as regards the amount of any costs, and

(b)

as regards the amount of any assets of the deceased alleged and proved to have been wasted by the executor.
