PART VI - SERVICE CHAPTER 1 - SERVICE WITHIN JURISDICTION
Section 46. Place and time.
(1) Service may be effected at any place, on any day and at any time of the day or night.
(2) Service after 4.00 p.m. shall ordinarily be deemed to have been effected on the following day.
(3) Service effected after noon on the day preceding or at any time on the weekly holiday or on any public holiday, shall be deemed to have been effected on the day after such holiday.
