Section 107. Public servant and protection.

All members of the Majlis, officers and servants of the Majlis and persons appointed under this Enactment, in exercising their powers or performing their duties shall be deemed to be public servant within the definition of the Penal Code; and the Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 shall against any suit, action, prosecution or proceeding arising therefrom.
