Section 155. Issuance of order of execution / garnishment notice.
Upon granting of leave and the prescribed mode of execution as mentioned in section 154(2), the Registrar shall issue to the bailiff an order of execution in Form MS 35, and if the execution is by garnishment proceeding a garnishment notice in Form MS 37, for execution by the bailiff.
