Subject to Part XV and section 79, where the payment into Court is of the amount claimed or the plaintiff elects to take it in satisfaction of the whole of his claim, the amount shall be paid out of Court to him, and the plaintiff may obtain judgment for all costs actually incurred prior to his receiving notice of the payment into Court, and costs of entering judgment for such costs, unless paid without order.
