Section 63. Power of Court to vary the order of hadhanah or maintenance of a child.

The Court may at any time vary or rescind an order of hadhanah or maintenance of a child on the application of any party having an interest in the hadhanah or maintenance of the child if it is satisfied that the order was made on a misrepresentation or mistake of facts or if there is a material change in the circumstances of the case.
