PART XX - EXECUTION
Section 147. Seizure and delivery.
Where execution is ordered by seizure and delivery of a chattel-
(a) the bailiff shall seize the chattel and upon payment of any sums due for commission, fees or other charges shall deliver it to the judgment creditor ;
(b) the order for execution may, if the judgment creditor so desires, order that the value thereof, the original judgment or on subsequent application to the Court, shall be levied ;
(c) an order under paragraph (b) of this section shall not bar proceedings for commitment.
