Section 99. Presumption of fatherhood.
If a female person who is married to a male person delivers a child within six months or more after the of marriage or within one year after dissolution whether by death of the male person or by divorce and the female person has not remarried since, the male person shall be deemed the father of the child:
Provided the male may by way of li'an deny in Court that the child is his.
