Section 3. Saving of prerogative
Nothing contained in this Enactment shall derogate or affect the prerogative rights and powers of His Royal Highness the Sultan as the Head of the religion of Islam in the State as declared and set forth in the Laws of the Constitution of the State of Kelantan.
