The Majlis may, with the consent of His Royal Highness the Sultan, make regulations which shall be published in the Gazette, for implementation of the provisions of this Enactment, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such regulations may provide for-
(a) financial procedures;
(b) the implementation of the administration and management of wakaf shares;
(c) management of usufruct and benefit of the wakaf;
(d) establishment of committees related to wakaf and their powers, duties and procedures under this Enactment; and
(e) other matters necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Enactment.
