PART X - AMENDMENT
Section 83. defective proceedings.
The Court may at any time, on its own motion or on the application of any party, and on such terms as may be just, order-
(a) an amendment to correct any defect or error in any proceedings; or
(b) any amendment necessary for determining the actual matter arising or to achieve fairness between the parties.
