Section 93. Court shall have regard to the advice of welfare officers, etc.

When determining any question relating to the custody or maintenance for the child, the Court may at any time it deems fit consider the advice of any person whether he is a public officer or otherwise, trained or having experience in the welfare of children but the Court shall not be bound by that advice.
